This document explains the process for logging in to Webex Teams on the web. The same applies when logging in to the Webex Teams app
Webex Teams is the leading team collaboration app. Get access to screensharing, group messaging, cross-collaboration tools, and app integrations. Due to Webex's retirement, we strongly encourage Mason faculty, staff, and students to utilize alternative collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Blackboard Collaborate. Login Process for Webex Teams
- Enter the Webex site: teams.webex.com
- Enter your Primary UW Madison email address and click 'Next'
- When prompted, enter your NetID and Password credentials. You may also be prompted for your multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Webex Teams will be loaded within the web page.
- If you are using the Desktop client, enter your Primary UW Madison email address and click 'Next'.
- When prompted, enter your NetID and Password credentials. You may also be prompted for your multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Webex Teams will now be loaded within the application.
